Service and Support
Usually a part of the delivery of our solution (primarily in case of the
automation of the automotive glass production)
is the implementation in customer’s production, including the support of launching the production, attendance and maintenance trainings. The subsequent technical support is a matter of course being secured for the whole lifespan of the equipment.
The warranty period and terms are usually taken out on individual basis and depend on the type of the product. We provide full guarantee and post-guarantee service from common regular maintenance to complete overhauls and minor repairs of our equipment. We are also able to provide service for equipment from other producers to customers with a service contract.
